Endless Space Release Date Announced

Another entry in the evergreen 4X (eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, eXterminate) genre is due this summer. French developers Amplitude Studios will release Endless Space on August 24th, promising a slick, stylish take on sci-fi strategy that draws on the experience of former Ubisoft employees Mathieu Girard (R.U.S.E) and Romain de Waubert (Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes), who are currently in charge of Amplitude. Focus so far has most been on the first three X’s, but we’ll learn more about combat and even multiplayer in due course.
